About Universal Team Realty ...
Universal Vacations have been offering sales and rental management since 1987.
The company originally opened offices in New Port Richey, Florida providing property management to a number of British homeowners needing someone to look after there properties whilst they were not there. Universal Vacations Inc. then began to market and operate offices in Sarasota/Bradenton, New Port Richey, Miami and Fort Myers which is where our head office and central reservations are based.  We have contracts with all the leading tour operators from both sides of the Atlantic such as Virgin, Thomas Cook, Thomson and TUI Netherlands just to name a few.  This gives homeowners wishing to recoup some of the running cost involved in owing a second home a good return. After becoming a Licensed Real Estate Corporation in the State of Florida, Universal Vacations Realty & Development, Inc. was then formed, also going under the name “Universal Team Realty” offering prospective clients advice on all aspects of property purchase in Florida.
